- Revenue Storm provides training, sales coaching, software, and assessment services to businesses globally to improve their sales effectiveness of their staff and partners to grow their revenues streams, often in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership. To provide client selected staff access to such services, the client must provide us lists of their desired staff participants and their contact information. Client selected participants may choose to share additional information with us as they use our Services, have questions, or want to share their satisfaction comments. We use the following types of personal data provided by the company depending on which Services the client buys, such as: (i) contact information (including name, email, job title, and country of residence) to enable us to send them invitations and access to our systems; (ii) employment context (including manager’s name/ job title/ and email, employee status or candidate for employment) to enable us to know the speed of our needed processing; (iii) participant behavioral work activities and their perspective on their personality attributes (including preferences, self-assessments, and degrees of willingness to perform certain work tasks) to recommend sales improvements to the individual; (iv) contact information of other staff that the participant want to attend their sales coaching (names and email addresses); (v) optional demographic information for validation that the assessment is not biased (including an age group range, highest level of education, and gender/non-gender); (vi) location information (such as geographic location of the device being used); and (vii) feedback, comments, activities performed post training, behavioral changes made, results achieved, and impact of changes on performance via survey responses, summarization of comments and wins in reports, and performance metrics. If the participant was not organized by a client, such independent individuals must provide their name, email address, and country of residence to register for an event or to receive any Service. Our confirmation of such includes the communications they have opted in to receive from Revenue Storm, from which they can opt out at any time. Specifically, our training services include providing participants' access to our training videos and/or materials in our Learning Management Systems, monthly training webinars, and monthly coaching emails through our CRM system. This requires us to have their names, emails, and job titles. Our clients often license software to help sellers' sales results requiring an individual license with the contact info above. Lastly, our talent assessment helps identify a developmental plan for participants and provide insights on how they could sell more effectively. We do not share any personal data with others; however we do use sub-processers (who have ISO certifications or SOC II certifications) to process data which is contractually treated as confidential information – such as, but not limited to, a third-party cloud-based Learning Management System, a CRM system to track participant attendance and manage our help desk for participant questions, various web conferencing systems to allow people to join web-based calls, and our Microsoft platform as our email system to correspond with participants and send meeting appointments.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Revenue Storm GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
