- SocialLadder collects personal information including user login information (user name, email address, etc.) as new user accounts are setup. SocialLadder additionally collects information as authorized by users via their social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). This information is used to align users with opportunities to promote music festivals and other brands. SocialLadder also collects information provided by users during the usage of the mobile app. Information collected by SocialLadder is used to make the user experience better and it is also shared (with the consent of the user) with customers of SocialLadder.
