- clicky.com is a website analytics service that customers install on their own websites. Data about visitors is collected to generate interesting and useful reports on website traffic. This data may also be used for security and anti-fraud purposes. The following data are sent to us when someone visits a page with our code installed: Page URL, Page title, Referrer, User agent, anonymized IP address, Language, Screen resolution, Mouse event X/Y coordinates. With the default configuration, no tracking cookies are used and IP addresses are anonymized. Customers have the *option* to log full IP addresses and use tracking cookies, for more accurate tracking as well as for security and anti-fraud purposes. To do so requires changing settings however, and we require customers to disclose the full IP logging in their sites' privacy policies. Clicky is a freemium service, which means we make money directly from our customers who choose to pay. Hence, we do not need to share any of our data with any third parties to make money. The only data available to third parties is anonymous general web browser/OS marketshare trends.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Roxr Software GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
