- Our organization processes and transmits emails and documents on behalf of its customers. Email and document contents are not stored by our organization. The only information that we retain after the transmission, for billing and reporting purposes, is the email metadata, which includes sender address, recipient address/es, message size, message subject, delivery status, sent and delivery date/time, and number, name and size of any attachments.
