- RSVPify may process and store personal information for two primary user types (1) event hosts ("Hosts") and (2) event guests ("Guests"). Upon signup, Hosts must provide a personal or organizational name and email address. Additional personal customer information, such as billing address and credit card number, are required for users wishing to upgrade to an RSVPify premium plan ("Customer"). Customer data will be securely stored outside of RSVPify by RSVPify's payment processing vendor(s). Host data is used for the express purposes of providing RSVPify's core services, and except where necessary to provide these services and standard account-related communications, RSVPify will not sell or otherwise distribute Host data to external third parties or marketers. Hosts may invite Guests to "reply" to their event(s) hosted on the RSVPify platform. Guests replying to these event(s) will be asked for a full name, and where requested by the Host, email address. Hosts may, at their discretion, request additional data from Guests. All data collected from Guests is for the express use of the Host. RSVPify may send confirmation emails to Guests where an email address is provided, at the Host's discretion. On behalf of the host, RSVPify may further distribute event-related reminders and notifications.
