- SAC-IT is purely providing back-up, hosting and cloud services. We do not collect or own any EU personal data but as we are storing, hosting and monitoring back-ups we have access to EU personal data and is therefore considered a data processor for that data. We don't process any data without a signed data processor agreement in place with the EU customer hence the owner of the data is responsible for the content of the data. We are however processing both sensitive and non sensitive personal data including: Social security numbers Names Adresses Health information Political observans Human relation Customer information We are are processing the personal data on request from our sister company SAC-IT Denmark and we are never disclosing any personal information to a third party. The data is physically hosted in EU ( Denmark) but we have admin rights to the datacentre where the data is stored and access to work on the servers hence making us data processors in regards to the EU regulation.
