- SciSure processes the following types of personal data from customers and users:, name, business email address, job title and organizational affiliation, account credentials and authentication information, application usage data and activity logs (Audit trails), support-related communications and metadata. SciSure does not intentionally process special category data unless such data is voluntarily entered by customers into their own protected workspace within our solutions. The purposes of processing vary according to the product and whether SciSure is acting as a controller or as a processor, but typically include: providing various business and consumer services; customer service and product support; communications and marketing; analytics to inform and improve our services; other internal purposes. Human Resources (HR) Data SciSure also processes personal data relating to our own employees and contractors for internal HR, payroll, IT access management, compliance, and administrative purposes. This may include name, work contact details, employment records, and other information necessary for managing the employment relationship. HR data may be shared within the SciSure group of companies (ELN/ELabJournal, Labfolder, and SciShield) for internal administrative and operational purposes, subject to appropriate safeguards. Third-Party Sharing / Sub-Processors SciSure may share personal data with third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of supporting our operations. These include: hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS), customer support and ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho), CRM systems for contact and communication management (e.g., HubSpot), security, monitoring, and operational tooling providers as listed in our public Sub-Processor List (trust.scisure.com). All third parties process personal data only according to SciSure’s documented instructions and solely to provide their contracted services. Personal data is not sold or disclosed to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
