- SearchStax, Inc. is a provider of cloud platform related services, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) products, technical support services, and professional consulting services for search-based applications utilizing Apache Solr or Elasticsearch which may process personally identifiable information at the direction of its customers. Due to the nature of these services, we may collect, store and process on our customer's behalf personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail address, address, phone number, password, screen name, credit card information and other contact information that is transmitted with our customer's clients use of the services. In addition, we may collect, store and process personally identifiable information such as name, e-mail address and phone number for our own purposes such as offline and online marketing activities and the provision of our services to our customers. SearchStax, Inc. uses third-party service providers to assist in providing the above services to its customers and only discloses personally identifiable information to such third-party service providers that have contracted to provide such services on our behalf.
