Scope
Servably offers IT management, monitoring and point of sale software including payment integrations, remote management and monitoring, inventory management, invoicing, ticketing, application integrations, leads tracking, applications monitoring and management, security solutions and IT helpdesk tools and support services (Services) to managed service providers and repair businesses. To offer these Services, Servably receives and processes certain data including performance data regarding specific devices, network traffic data, and related network performance data, as well as other data that customers may submit to us in order to receive support services. The data processed may include personal data accessed, collected, created, received or otherwise processed for the purpose of delivering our Services to customers. For information collected by our customers for their business purposes and provided to us, Servably is the processor and does not control said personal data. Servably does not intend to collect information gathered by customers for their business purposes and as a processor for that information will follow its customer’s directions in handling that information. We also collect data from our business customers that could include personal information about individual business contacts and authorized users, which we may use for our own business purposes. The categories of personal data that may be transferred and processed by our customers for use of the Services, which are controlled by the customers and their end users, include: name, contact data, job category or title, geolocation, usage data, IP address, user identification number or name, or infrastructure information. Servably collects information from our customers including: name, business name, business contact information (phone, email, and physical address), payment details, usage history, and customer service records. These may contain personal information about individual business contacts (i.e., personnel of the business customer) as well as information about the customers’ authorized users or customers. This information is only used for billing and providing support services. Servably may share customers' information with payment processors and third parties such as security providers and database analytics providers.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Servably GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
