Types of personal data/category of data subject: we collect personal data of our customers, prospective customers, our suppliers, contractors, or persons who contact us for queries or to report abuse/illegal content, or for marketing purposes where a person has consented to being contacted for marketing purposes or where legally permissible to identify potential business opportunities. 2. Purpose: in all instances a combination of reasons may apply depending on the category of personal data and the purposes of processing which comprise of legal basis under Article 6 of the GDPR such as (i) its necessary for the performance of the contract (to provide services to customers, employment agreements for employees, supplier and contractor agreements etc), (ii) to comply with a legal obligation (including but not limited to tax laws, and (iii) our legitimate interests. 3. What personal data: the following personal data of our customers is collected which is necessary for all of the reasons set out above; name, email address, phone number, address listed, identification data, birth date and credit card details may be necessary depending on the method of payment used. For suppliers and contractors the same shall apply and for prospects this will include full name, email address, job title 4. Parties data is disclosed to: In the course of the performance of our contractual and statutory obligations the clients' personal data may be provided to various departments within our group. Various service providers and suppliers may also receive the personal data so that we may perform our obligations. Such service providers and suppliers enter into contractual agreements with us by which they observe confidentiality and data protection according to the applicable data protection laws and the GDPR. We may disclose the information where required to do so by law, where we are subject to subpoena or other legal proceeding or if the clients have given their consent.
