- SHL processes personal data about website visitors and business contacts to provide the services requested, conduct business related tasks and to communicate with these individuals. SHL may disclose personal data to SHL's affiliated entities, third party service providers, business partners and other related entities. As a data processor, SHL processes personal data from customers and their authorized users (“Customers”) who enter personal data about their personnel into SHL's cloud-based talent assessment platforms (“SHL Service”), personal data provided to SHL under professional services engagements to be input or accessed within the SHL Service and personal data provided to SHL as part of providing customer service and technical support (“Services Personal Data”). SHL may process Services Personal Data for activities including: providing the SHL Service, account registration, sign-in and account recovery, customer service, technical support, professional services, communication with Customers for marketing and administrative purposes, services improvement and development, receipt of feedback and to respond to inquiries, preparation and publication of research, to enable account and infrastructure security, and/or to respond to appropriate legal and government agency requests. In some cases in accordance with our SHL Service data protection notice, we may disclose Services Personal Data to subcontractors contracted to provide services on our behalf, in order to provide the SHL Service to our Customers.
