- Sigstr is an Email Signature Marketing and Relationship Intelligence platform. Sigstr provides companies with a way to centrally control and deploy email signatures across entire organizations. All email signatures can become an owned marketing channel and include clickable call-to-action banner images. In addition, Sigstr provides customers the ability to identify and quantify the entire universe of relationships that your employees have with B2B accounts and contacts. Sigstr requires customer employee data in order to build out personalized email signatures. This includes HR data such as: first name, last name, job title, email address, and phone number. The amount of personal data that Sigstr processes/stores varies based on customers' desired email signatures. More detailed signatures may require more HR data. Sigstr does NOT store/process sensitive information like ethnicity, religion, health information, etc. Sigstr uses the HR data from customers to build out email signatures and can provide analytics as to how the clickable call-to-action banners perform. Sigstr's Relationship Intelligence requires corporate email metadata in order to map our the organization's B2B relationships. This data gives marketers true insight into the quality of relationships and engagement within target accounts, locations, or customizable segments.
