- Skillsoft processes personal data as a processor in order to provide the educational services chosen by its customers pursuant to an agreement executed by and between the parties. Categories of personal data include but may not be limited to first name, surname, email address, courses taken, training activities and results, and individual identifies (e.g., IP address). This is information may be disclosed to third-party vendors which support Skillsoft's provision of its services (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, and Salesforce). Skillsoft also processes the personal data of its employees as a controller of such data and in furtherance of the employee-employer relationship between Skillsoft and its team members.
