- Scope
- SmashFly provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Recruitment Marketing (RM) platform that enables our customers to better fill open positions. Our RM platform integrates with the customer’s existing Applicant Tracking System to obtain information two (2) ways: Through the individual’s submission of a resume; or Through the individual’s submission of just name, email address, and areas of interest (via a drop down list) on a pop-up Talent Network Form, that provides our customer with minimal contact information for an individual who may be interested in the organization, but is not ready to submit a resume or complete the application process. This information is provided only to the SmashFly customer whose career site we are supporting. We obtain no medical or health information, no credit card/electronic payment/PCI information, no social security numbers or similar national identification numbers, no trade secrets, and no other personal information from the individual.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is SmashFly Technologies GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
