- SofterWare, Inc - including the websites and services it operates at SofterWare.com, DonorPerfect.com, DonorPerfect.net, EZCareSoftware.com, and ReadySetAuction.com, provides online tools that our customers use to operate aspects of their business or organization for purposes of fundraising, customer relationship management (CRM), and social engagement among others. In providing these tools, SofterWare processes data our customers submit to our services or instruct us to process on their behalf. While SofterWare’s customers decide what data to submit, it typically includes information about their constituents, donations, and contact information. Contact information and demographic data of EU-based constituents and related information contained within SofterWare's customers' databases may be sent to the U.S. for servicing or hosting. SofterWare uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services to customers. These third party providers offer data de-duplication services, address verification services, hosting, and data storage services and other technical operations. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing their services. SofterWare maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations.
