- Soteri provides cloud-based security scanning and access control solutions to business customers. Personal data processed in reliance on the Data Privacy Framework includes: (1) customer contact information (names, email addresses, organizational details) received from EU-based customers and prospects, processed for account management, customer support, product communications, and billing; and (2) end-user identifiers and associated metadata within customers' environments, processed by our applications solely to provide contracted security scanning and access control functionality. Personal data is disclosed only to Google Cloud Platform as our cloud infrastructure provider, as necessary to operate our services.
