- StarRez provides software for managing accommodation, primarily to the education industry. We collect personally identifiable information on our customers for the purpose of providing those services (support, project management, training), and contacting them regarding other services of ours which may be of use to them. Our customers use our software to manage the provision of accommodation and accompanying services (meal plans, conferences, campus events, etc). This means we store resident data on their behalf in our cloud platform. We do not administer this data ourselves, but we do provide customers with a range of tools to satisfy data access requests, data deletion requests, etc.
