- Scope
- Strive has built and operates a management training platform. Participants start by completing a self-assessment of their professional personality and leadership skills, and then request/receive anonymous feedback from 5-10 peers/reports/managers on those same topics. Participants are able to review their 360 assessment results. Participants will then be able to access their learning modules and application challenges on Strive’s learning system. When they are done working on a given skill, they can ask for updated feedback from a subset or superset of their original respondent group, tracking how their leadership abilities have changed over time. Users of the system may share information about people they are requesting feedback from, such as their relationship (“this person is my peer/manager/report”) and that person’s business role (“this person works in engineering, marketing, etc”). Users of the system will also enter which skills they want to learn, as well as complete application challenges (aka “homework assignments”) that include information about their work. User’s data is sent to other services for the usage of bug reporting, and customer communication around what assignments to do and when.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Strive GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
