- We collect a limited amount of personal information in order to properly transact with our customers and to provide the services for which they are paying for. We collect Identity Data, which may include title, first name, last name, username or similar identifier, and an encrypted version of your login/password. We collect Contact Data including billing address, and email address, and these are used to complete the customer initiated transaction. We store encrypted token data that links your account to your billing method details, which are stored by our 3rd party payment processor, Braintree. We store Transaction Data including details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us. We store Technical Data including internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. This information is used to deliver an accurate and useful service to our customers. In addition, when our customers use the Platform to manage their internal team or employee-related processes, we may process human resources data on behalf of our customers as a data processor. In such cases, our customer is the data controller and SuiteDash acts as the processor. The categories of HR data processed depend on the customer's configuration and use of the Platform but may include employee identification data, contact information, role and department information, time and attendance data, and documents uploaded by the customer.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is SuiteDash GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
