- The Information We Collect and/or Receive In the course of operating the Site, the App, and the Platform and/or interacting with you, SumAll will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information. You authorize us to collect and/or receive such information and assume contractual responsibility for obtaining all consents as required under applicable laws and regulations. 1. Contact Information When you contact us through the “Contact Us” page, or sign up to become a Subscriber, you will be asked to provide certain information, which may include first name, last name, e-mail address, job title, name of your organization, country, state/region and phone numbers (fax, cell and/or landline) (“Contact Information”). The Contact Information is used to provide the requested service or information and to contact Subscribers and Visitors for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future services. 2. Billing Information In order to purchase a subscription to our Platform, you may be required to provide certain additional information, which may include a credit card number, expiration date, billing zip code, activation code, and similar information (“Billing Information”). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent (see, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). SumAll does not directly obtain or process any Billing Information. 3. Subscriber Data In using the Platform, Subscribers grant us permission to access Subscriber Data from Data Sources, such as Subscribers’ social media channels, payment processors, and financial institutions. We use the Subscriber Data in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Subscription Agreement. Generally, though not always, we obtain the Subscriber Data from the Data Sources via API feeds. Subscribers may add or remove approved Data Sources at any time pursuant to the Subscription Agreement. Any Subscriber Data collected from Data Sources will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the Data Source. For more information on each of our Data Sources, including how to opt out from certain data collection, please visit the following link https://sumall.com/privacy. 4. Other Information In addition to the Contact Information, the Billing Information, and the Subscriber Data, we may collect or receive the following information: ● From Your Activity. This information consists of IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site and/or App Visitors visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site, the App, and the Platform (“Activity Information”). ● From Cookies. We also collect Activity Information by using “cookie” technology. Cookies are small packets of data that a website stores on the hard drive of your computer or mobile device to “remember” information about your visit. We may use session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent cookies (which stay on your computer/device until you delete them). If you do not want us to place a cookie on your hard drive, you may be able to turn that feature off on your computer or mobile device. Please consult your Internet browser’s documentation for information on how to do this and how to delete persistent cookies. However, if you decide not to accept cookies from us, the Site, the App, and the Platform may not function properly. For more information on how we use cookies, please read our https://sumall.com/privacy. ● Analytics and Remarketing. We use one or more third–party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to evaluate your use of the Site, the App, and the Platform

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is SumAll GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
