We process this information for the following purposes: to provide our services to our customers; for customer service purposes; where permitted by applicable law, for marketing purposes; for research and analytics purposes; with regard to information collected on our website, to help us improve our website, to understand the use of our website, and for other analytics purposes; and as directed by our customer. We also may collect limited information about our customers' customers in our capacity as a service provider. We use this information for the purposes directed by our customer, including for customer services purposes, and for analytics purposes. We may share this information with third parties as detailed in our Privacy Policy including: Sungard Availability Services Affiliates; third party vendors, service providers, contractors or agents who perform functions on our behalf; in response to Legal Process and where we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy, or as evidence in litigation in which Sungard AS is involved.
