- Talent Worldwide processes personal data to help job seekers refine their professional documents before applying to jobs. We process job seeker data including contact and resume information, customer data including business contact information and private resume database information, and information about users of Talent’s sites and applications. We share personal data collected from our customers with our freelance resume writers via our internal applications and have systems in place to retain said information internally. With respect to all data, including personal data, transferred during the use of our services, Talent is the processor and our customers are the data controllers/exporters. The data subject/data controller may use our services to share, distribute, disclose, delete their professional and personal information. The categories of data subjects whose personal data may transferred are determined by the data controller, our customer in his or her sole discretion. We apply the same level of protection to all content uploaded to the services, including any personal data incorporated therein.
