We collect Personal Information that you submit to us voluntarily when you register with us or when you use the Site or Services. We also collect Personal Information from any third party who may submit such Personal Information to us (e.g., a user who provides us with your Personal Information when registering or inviting multiple individuals to use the Services). To create an “Account” with a user name, we require certain Personal Information, including a name and email address. In order for a third party to create an Account on your behalf, we may require your Personal Information so that you may have access to certain features of the Site or Services. Any third party registering on your behalf is responsible for obtaining any and all necessary consents from you prior to submitting such Personal Information. All payments on the Site are processed by our service providers who collect your credit card information directly, and we will not have access to or see your credit card information as part of such transaction. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but this may limit the features of the Site or Services you are able to use.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Talla GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
