- Mobian measures content available digitally to enable Advertisers and Publishers to measure and optimize digital advertising campaigns leveraging contextual and brand safety data. Mobian's publisher clients implement a JavaScript tag in order to enable Mobian technology. When a JavaScript tag fires, a network request is initiated, and the server receiving the request automatically receives an IP address, to allow the network connection. The Mobian Tag receives an IP address via the network request, discards the IP address and does not store it. Mobian does not store any personal information or personally identifiable information related to this network request. Mobian's cloud providers are hosted in US-East which means that any network requests resolve in US East. Mobian stores client email addresses that are provided by clients for logins to our system and those are also stored in US-East.
