- The Reference / Emakina develops websites and applications for global clients. We do not gather data ourselves from EU citizens, but by having access to the clients' online systems, we might have access to data from EU citizens. It is difficult to state what kind of data, as it depends on the clients we're working for. Most of the time these are just name, contact details and nationality. However, should we work for a client with medical data, we will also have access to this. We do not disclose any of this inrofmation to third parties ourselves unless asked by the client under the terms of an agreement. However, we do not know what our clients do with the information in their possession. The Reference has a signed GDPR compliant Processing Agreement with all the companies (clients, partners, processors and sub processors) we work with. Also our employees contracts contain a reference to privacy laws and processes.

Is The Reference GDPR compliant?

How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
