Scope
Users ("Influencers") provide personal data for the purposes of creating and maintaining an accurate and compelling Influencer Profile. Influencer Profiles may include information such as name, gender, age, imagery and multimedia content, biographical and demographic information, information regarding the Influencer's accounts on social media and the public web, and proprietary analysis of provided information. Influencer Profiles are visible to Brand customers of the Platform. Influencers may then interact with Brands ("engage") in order to generate and license content to the Brand. Information is shared with Brands for the purposes of managing engagements with Influencers and maintaining contractual obligations between the Platform and the Brand as well as the Influencer and the Brand. Limited information may also be transmitted to specific third party data processors pursuant to specific activities required by the operation of the Platform, such as email transmission, SMS communication, support ticket handling, payment processing, and other technology infrastructure services.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is Tidal Labs GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
