- TixTrack has developed a cloud-hosted ticketing platform designed to meet the unique needs of the industry they serve: • Nliven – serving the live entertainment / reserved seating industry. Data is collected to facilitate the purchase of tickets or the booking of admission on behalf of our clients pursuant to our written agreements with our clients. Accordingly, TixTrack acts as the data processor or agent on behalf of and under the instruction of our clients with respect to the use, processing and sharing, if any, of the collected data. To facilitate a ticket purchase or admission booking, our client’s customer would need to provide the following data on the online checkout form: First name Last name Email address Zip code (US only - optional or required depending on clients) Phone number (optional) Customers will also provide personal, payment, and billing information via a payment widget served by our payment services processor. No financial or payment information is stored or processed by TixTrack. TixTrack does not use or share customers' personal data for any purpose other than to fulfill our contractual obligations with our clients. We do not sell or share personal data of customers for advertising or marketing purpose.
