- Scope
- TranSolutions operates a SaaS platform where our client companies manage transportation claims with their customers, suppliers, and carriers. We collect, store, and process personal information their staff members provide to the service, at the request of their employers (our clients). Our clients' staff members will also enter personal information for contact persons given to them by management personnel at the customer, supplier, and carrier companies. The personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, full name, business name, business address, business email address, and business phone number. We also collect username, password, and browser session data for staff members assigned to use the service. The personal information collected in the service is used in the following ways: 1) for communication of claims between companies, 2) to maintain activity history of claim actions taken, 3) to capture errors and usage data to improve the service, 4) to create session cookies to improve and streamline using the service, and 5) to accurately invoice usage-metered clients. Personal information collected is never used for purposes other than originally collected for without providing the user an opportunity to choose to allow or disallow the new usage. Staff members assigned to the service can update their personal information anytime they are logged into the service. Persons without direct access to the service can communicate personal information requests to their contact the interact with, or the Administrator, at the company that entered their data into the service. TranSolutions is available to assist any person in connecting with the client who can facilitate their request. TranSolutions also operates marketing and support websites where visitors may enter personal information, including name, business name, business phone, and business email address for the purpose of seeking information on products and services, to receive our monthly newsletter, or to seek service assistance. The personal information collected is used only for these purposes. Persons who have provided their personal information for this purpose can opt to have that personal information updated or removed any time by contacting support or your TranSolutions representative, or using the contact information provided in our privacy policy.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is TranSolutions GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
