- Treasure Data, Inc. dba Treasure AI (“Treasure AI”) provides cloud-based data hosting and processing services to its enterprise customers (“Customers”), including data management, analytics and generative artificial intelligence (“Generative AI”) capabilities. Treasure AI’s services enable Customers to upload and process data within their Treasure AI accounts, use such data in connection with Generative AI capabilities, and transfer data to destinations, including third-party services, selected by Customers. Customers determine the data they process using Treasure AI’s services and the purposes for which that data is processed. Such data may include personal data, typically relating to Customers’ clients, prospects, and visitors to their digital properties. Treasure AI processes this personal data on behalf of, and in accordance with the instructions of, the relevant Customer for the purpose of providing the services. Treasure AI engages certain subsidiaries and third-party service providers to assist in providing its cloud-based services and related services, including customer support and professional services. In performing these services, such subsidiaries and service providers may access, host, or otherwise process personal data processed by Treasure AI on behalf of its Customers.
