- Treasure Data, Inc. (“Treasure Data”) provides to its enterprise customers (“Customers”) a cloud-based service for data hosting and analysis (“Customer Data Platform” or “CDP”). Treasure Data’s tools facilitate the uploading of information by Customers into their CDP accounts and its transfer to destinations (such as third-party services) designated by Customers. Customers decide what information to upload into their CDP accounts and this information may include personal data, typically related to their clients, prospects and visitors of their web properties. Treasure Data processes this personal data according to the instructions of the relevant Customer in order to provide its services. Treasure Data uses its subsidiaries and a limited number of third-party service providers to provide its cloud-based services and ancillary services (such as customer support and professional services) to Customers. These subsidiaries and service providers may access, host or otherwise process the personal data referred to above in connection with the performance of their services for Treasure Data.
