- TRG Screen spend management solutions provide companies of all sizes transparency into their spend and usage of subscription services. Our customers provide information about their employees and suppliers used to analyze and understand the expenses associated with employee business activities. Data stored in these applications is used solely for the benefit of our clients. TRG Screen does not sell client data or share it with third parties for their own independent use. Data may be disclosed to TRG Screen's designated subprocessors — such as cloud hosting, infrastructure, and support service providers — solely as necessary to host, secure, and operate the platform on our clients' behalf, and subject to contractual obligations consistent with our Data Privacy Framework commitments. Data typically supplied about client employees includes names, work titles, work addresses, business telephone numbers and office location. Other information may include data related to customer suppliers such as supplier contact name and phone number. TRG Screen does not process or store information related to health records, credit card information, bank accounts or social security numbers on behalf of clients. Such information may be processed or stored related to our employees.
