- Tricentis collects personal data about: (i) visitors to, or users of, its websites; (ii) prospective and current customers; (iii) service providers and business partners; (iv) job applicants and employees; and (v) other third parties with which it interacts. Tricentis uses this data to: (i) provide services to its customers, including without limitation, providing customer and technical support, improving its services and notifying customers about changes to its services; (ii) protect its rights and prevent fraud, comply with its legal obligations and perform and enforce its contracts; (iii) contact individuals or companies about its services, employment opportunities and generally improve the way it markets its services; (iv) manage relations with its vendors and service providers; and (v) carry out general business operations.
