- Scope
- Trivie receives human resource data from employers (our customers) for the purpose of creating online accounts for their employees to access our service. Our service provides users with access to quizzes and other forms of multi-media content for the purpose of disseminating information and preventing knowledge loss. Currently, the human resource data we receive from customers is limited to first names, last names and email addresses of their employees. It is possible that this will be expanded to include employee ID numbers in the near future. As the end-users interact with the app we store and process their quiz performance data, discussion-board (forums) activity data, and app preferences (avatars, badges, leaderboard ranks, etc..). Data is not disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of data being stored on Amazon Web Services (our platform/hosting service provider). The data is only accessible to Trivie, it's employees, and the specific customer to which the data is stored and processed on behalf of. Trivie will provide data to law enforcement upon valid request.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Trivie GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
