- Trove helps users manage their Email Account(s) and all information contained therein, including their Email Messages. Email Accounts are service accounts and addresses that belong to users, which users have authorized access to, and against which no one else has a legitimate copyright or property claim. Email Messages are communication content contained in Email Account(s) which are between the user and another entity, are not already public, belong solely to them, and against which no one else has a legitimate copyright or property claim. Trove also helps users understand and manage their personal network of contacts, and enables them to share contacts with other Trove users to facilitate exchange of warm introductions. To display Email messages in Trove and to analyze your network of contacts and connections, users grant Trove access to their Email accounts and the Email Messages contained within. Trove collects the following data from users to make the product experience better: Name, email address, authentication credentials, Email Header data (sender/recipient, message time, message id, sending IP address), Provider data, Introductions data (who was introduced & when). Trove collects the following profile data from a customer to establish their contact record: Name, Bio, Avatar image, phone number, handles, website. Trove collects device data to understand how the product is being used and to help solve problems when it is not working correctly: Platform (iOS, Android, Desktop), application type (mail, connect, assistant), Application version, OS version. Trove collects direct feedback from customers about their experience with the product and it can include: Device, email address, time, event logs, screenshot, and a description of the problem or the experience the customer is having. At times we may make certain Personal Information available to strategic partners and service providers solely for the purpose of assisting us in providing, enhancing or marketing Trove or Trove AI, Inc. For example, we may use third parties to process credit card and payment information, to offer customer support, and to support Trove's (and no one else's) sales and marketing efforts.
