- Uplight provides a platform that of offers customer engagement, demand-side management, personalization, and marketplace solutions to its users. In providing these services, Uplight may receive personal information that users provide while using the platform or from the user’s energy provider. Such personal information may include name, address, email address, phone number, home profile, and energy usage data. Uplight uses the information to monitor energy usage, provide energy management solutions, develop and improve its services, and to better assist and conduct business with its users. Uplight shares personal data with service providers and its affiliates to fulfill these services, and makes available to the user when requested. Personal data is exchanged with our Professional Employer Organization who processes our payroll.
