In fact, the only personal information collected and maintained by Uva Software, LLC is the name, email address and company name customers used to register for our services. This personal data is used for the following purposes: (1) to deliver the products and/or services that customers have requested. We have entered into GDPR compliant DPAs with all third party subprocessors that support the delivery of our products and services, therefore this same personal data (email, name, company name) may be shared with our public list of subprocessors which include Amazon Web Services, Stripe, Help Scout, Microsoft and Google. (2) to validate customer compliance with our terms and conditions (3) for content improvement and feedback purposes (4) to reach customers, only when necessary, regarding their use of the website or product(s)
