- Varicent, a SaaS and on-premises solution provider and operator of the www.varicent.com website and its sister-sites, provides sophisticated sales performance management solutions to global enterprises (“Services”). Varicent may collect personal data from a variety of individuals including but not limited to business clients and sales representatives who may interact with Varicent software in the performance of their duties. Varicent collects several different types of personal data to provide, support, maintain and improve its Services. Varicent may provide updates about changes in Services, choices to participate in interactive features of the Services . Personal data may also be gathered for analysis or valuable information for Service improvement, monitoring the usage of Services, as well as to detect, prevent and address security or other technical issues. Varicent may use personal data to send marketing and promotional materials and other information as allowed under applicable law. An opt-out option is included in all Varicent marketing e-mail communications whereby individuals may follow an unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in the emails sent by Varicent. Varicent collects usage data on how the Service is accessed and used by its customers. This usage data may include information but not limited to computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of Varicent Service visited, the time and date visited, time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Varicent uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to track website Service usage activity and hold certain information. Certain of these cookies are strictly necessary to the access and operation of the Service, and other cookies used are non-essential to the access and operation of the Service. The opt-out option to reject Varicent cookies is available in certain jurisdictions. However, this may result in not being able to use some portions of Varicent's Services.
