Sub processor list : www.varonis.com/saas-dpa Varonis collects and process personal data during its marketing activities, SaaS products and execution of engagements. Such personal data may be contact information of prospect or existing clients, online Identifiers from visitors on the Varonis website, call recording of cold calls with prospect clients (where legally permitted) for internal training and quality control. Varonis also processes metadata on Varonis SaaS software and for some licenses or services Varonis process certain content (for example, documents, snippets and prompts), such metadata and content may include incidental personal data and it is governed by the DPA executed between Varonis and its clients. Varonis may disclose personal data to trusted third parties (sub-processors) that help Varonis maintain and provide its services and/or marketing activities. Varonis assesses the risk of each such third party and executes a comprehensive agreement with each of them, that also includes the third party’s obligations to confidentiality, privacy and data protection. We may also share participants’ contact information with our co-organizers of marketing events.
