Varonis also processes metadata on Varonis SaaS software and for some licenses or services Varonis process certain content (for example, documents, snippets and prompts), such metadata and content may include incidental personal data and it is governed by the DPA executed between Varonis and its clients. Varonis may disclose personal data to trusted third parties (sub-processors) that help Varonis maintain and provide its services and/or marketing activities. Varonis assesses the risk of each such third party and executes a comprehensive agreement with each of them, that also includes the third party’s obligations to confidentiality, privacy and data protection. We may also share participants’ contact information with our co-organizers of marketing events.
