Velocity Global, LLC (d/b/a Pebl) processes personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF in order to provide global employment and workforce services, including employer of record (EoR) and agent of record (AoR) services, payroll administration, benefits administration, recruitment support, service delivery to clients, and related client and website operations. The types of personal data processed include client and customer data, website visitor data, and HR data relating to supported workers, contractors, job applicants, and our own personnel. Velocity Global discloses such personal data to the following types of third parties: - Clients - the companies that engage Velocity Global to employ or engage supported workers on their behalf and those clients' hiring and HR personnel; - Payroll processors; - Employee benefits providers, including health insurance carriers and retirement savings administrators, and vendors that assist with providing benefits and related services; - Vendors that assist with recruitment and employment processes, including background screening providers; - Cloud hosting, data transmission, and data storage providers supporting our technical operations; - Web analytics and advertising measurement providers, including Google Inc. (Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking); - AI service providers, including Abacus.AI; - Vendors that support the functionality and security of our websites and systems, including logging and monitoring providers; - Vendors that assist with fulfillment and identity verification in connection with data subject rights requests; - Government entities, including tax, labor, social security, and immigration authorities, where necessary to register workers or comply with legal obligations; and - Data protection and privacy supervisory authorities, as permitted for oversight purposes. Each third party receives personal data only for the purposes described above, and Velocity Global maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access to, use of, and disclosure of personal data consistent with our obligations under the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF.
