- Brightools provides a sales automation platform for users. We collect personal information regarding their account. In particular we may collection information on how they want to be contacted including information such as email and phone. We also collect addresses if they elect to use the "send samples" service. We also store a users contacts (if they choose) in the cloud for ease of use when they share digital content to their contacts. We only use personal information for the fulfillment of our obligations in the SaaS platform. We do not rent nor sell any personal information collected. Our application is a CRM application for sharing digital content (video, images, pdf, audio, etc). The application allows for a user to login on different devices (app and mobile) and their basic information is stored to allow this. This would include, name, email, contact phone, sms phone and social accounts. Other information is account configuration. We also allow the user to store contacts in our platform as well as activities the contact does as they interact with our platform (clicks, what was shared, site visits, what links they click, etc). All these are used for the sharing process of the digital content and the reporting of it. No other data is collected.
