This personal data may be disclosed to third parties, mainly HR service providers, cloud system providers, and benefits providers to fulfill the purposes stated herein, as well as additional third parties such as law enforcement, as necessary to fulfill legal obligations. PERSONAL DATA OTHER THAN HUMAN RESOURCES DATA • Applicant Data – the purpose of processing job applicants data (including contact details, academic and professional qualifications, national identifiers, IT-related data like IP address and cookie data, and other personal details like medical information, dietary requirements, criminal convictions and background checks) is to allow us to administer the recruitment process and as necessary to fulfill legal obligations. This personal data may be disclosed to third parties, mainly HR service providers, cloud system providers, and benefits providers to fulfill the purposes stated herein. • End User Customer Data – the purpose of processing customer personal data, including contact details, device-level and online identifiers, cookie information, and online traffic data generally is to enable Viasat to provide the services requested by the customer, as well as to analyze and optimize such services. Viasat will disclose personal data in this context to third parties who perform services on Viasat’s behalf, in response to legal obligations, or otherwise based on the customer’s consent. • Business Customer, Service Provider and Partner Data – the purpose of processing service provider and partner personal data generally is to execute the applicable contract and manage the day-to-day relationship with such entity. Personal data typically is limited to business contact information of the service provider and partner personnel who engage with Viasat under the agreement. Viasat generally does not disclose this information to third parties, though it may be stored on systems housed with Viasat’s third party cloud or hosting provider partners.
