- Scope
- Vindicia provides three main products to its merchants: CashBox®, which is a billing system designed for merchants to manage subscription and one-time payments, Select®, which is a service to help companies retain customers by utilizing a set of algorithms to facilitate successful transaction processing, and ChargeGuard®, which provides fraud screening and chargeback management to help merchants recover lost revenue. While the specifics vary, each of these product lines has a basic flow in which credit card data or similar account data in the case of alternative payment types like payment wallets or ACH, and in some cases additional personal information including name, email address, phone numbers, address and postal code, and IP address of the end customer from the merchant, is transmitted to Vindicia, that data is processed by Vindicia, certain data is added and/or exchanged with third-party sources, and additional information is optionally provided back to the merchant. Some data is disclosed to third party payment processors or banks, tax calculation vendors and fraud detection vendors, in connection with the processing of payments. Through our company website, we collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, company name, title, and other personal employment-related information submitted in connection with job applications, business development and marketing efforts. We may disclose this information to certain partners of ours in connection with business development, trade shows and sponsorships, and in the case of employment information, with certain background check vendors.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is Vindicia GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
