- WaiverKing processes personal data (e.g. name, date of birth, phone, emergency contact, etc.) to facilitate documentation of safety and liability waivers for data subjects consuming services (e.g. gym membership, spa services, personal training, etc.) at the facilities of WaiverKing clients. Personal data is only collected, processed and retained after being input and submitted by the data subject. Waiver documentation is transmitted to the MindBody Online (MBO) platform to provide data subject access to data and long-term retention. WaiverKing does not disclose personal information to third parties beyond MindBody Online.
