- webAI develops and provides artificial intelligence software designed to operate primarily within customer-controlled environments. In typical deployments, AI inference, prompts, datasets, and generated outputs are processed within the customer’s infrastructure rather than transmitted to webAI. Accordingly, webAI generally does not access or process customer content used during AI model execution except where explicitly authorized by the customer (for example, during technical support, troubleshooting, professional services, or other customer-requested assistance). In reliance on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, webAI processes personal information only as necessary to operate its business and provide its products and services. Such processing may include: -Account administration, including establishing and managing customer accounts, subscriptions, contracts, billing, and customer contacts. -Product delivery and customer support, including onboarding, implementation, authentication, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and responding to customer inquiries. -Service operations and security, including maintaining the availability, reliability, performance, and security of our websites, portals, and cloud-hosted services, and detecting, preventing, or investigating fraud, abuse, or security incidents. -Business communications, including responding to inquiries, providing requested information, communicating service updates, and managing customer relationships. -Legal and compliance obligations, including complying with applicable laws, enforcing contractual rights, responding to lawful requests from public authorities, and maintaining required business records. -Service improvement, including analyzing the performance and usability of our websites, documentation, support resources, and other customer-facing services. webAI does not intentionally collect or process customer operational content—such as prompts, datasets, AI-generated outputs, clinical records, student records, or other end-user content—unless the customer voluntarily provides such information to facilitate support or another requested service. When access to such information is necessary, it is limited to authorized personnel, protected by appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, and retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the applicable business purpose. webAI may disclose personal information to authorized service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as providers of customer relationship management, payment processing, cloud hosting, technical support, communications, and business operations. These providers are contractually required to process personal information only for authorized purposes and in accordance with applicable Data Privacy Framework Principles. webAI does not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
