This information includes resumes, references, employee-signed compliance and disclosure forms, employee-signed confirmation and receipt of handbook, employee-signed employment contract, signed offer letter, P45/new starter checklist, employee questionnaire (includes bank details, next of kind and passport number), contractual change letters (detail employment-related changes include hours, pay, maternity/paternity), pension data, employee resignation letters, company resignation confirmation letters, exit questionnaires, status rate change forms (updating payroll and human resources database), employee performance ratings and appraisal information, employee payroll, and data protection forms.

Customer instructs Widen to process personal data for the following purposes: (i) Processing in accordance with the Customer agreement; (ii) Processing initiated by authorized users in their use of the Services; and (iii) Processing to comply with other reasonable instructions provided by Customer (e.g., via email) where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Customer agreement. HR Processing of Personal Data: Consists of Managing Workforce, Communications and Emergencies, Business Operations, Compliance, and IT Monitoring. Non-HR Third Parties to Whom Widen Discloses Personal Data: There are no third parties to whom Widen discloses personal data. HR Third Parties to Whom Widen Discloses Personal Data: Consists of Professional Advisors, Service Providers, Public and Governmental Authorities, and Third Parties in Corporate Transactions.
