Scope
WizeHive is a Software as a Service company offering platforms that help its customers streamline grants, scholarships and other application-centered processes. When prospects and customers visit our website, we collect information directly using methods such as forms and live chat and also indirectly using collection and tracking methods such as cookies, web beacons, and browser and device metadata. We use this information to customize users' experiences, improve our services, and facilitate our sales processes. All third parties we employ are detailed in our privacy policy. When customers use our software to collect and process applications, reviews, and other data unique to their processes, our customers fully own and control that data; we act merely as a processor - handling our customers' data as directed and contractually agreed to by our customers. We do utilize a limited number of third party vendors to help with concerns such as cloud computing, file conversion, and more. These vendors are disclosed during the procurement phase as required.

What GDPR means, and what it does not

"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.

Questions buyers ask

Is WizeHive GDPR compliant?

There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.

How does CertReports verify this?

Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
