- Workep is a project management platform for G Suite, which allows teams to collaborate together. So, we collect personal data from the account creation such as an email address, phone number, and password. We use all the customer data only for purposes of using the same platform, that is. Their profile picture is visible to the rest of the members, to identify the assigned tasks, or their email is visible to the members of their organization to write emails. Nothing of their personal data is used for commercial activities. Billing and other information. For Customers that purchase a paid version of the Services, our third-party payment processors as in this case Stripe may collect and store billing address and credit card information on our behalf or we may do this ourselves. This allows us to provides the availability to activate the paid versions and legal issues as invoices, notifications, and payment history as the law dictates.
