- Scope
- Generally, we collect two kinds of data from our clients that may include personal data that has originated in the EU or Switzerland: Account Data and Content. Account Data includes login credentials, contact information, user’s name, company name, permissions, and similar account profile data; this data is used to facilitate access to Content, and for related customer service purposes. With respect to Content, the categories of personal data that may be processed within the WorkZone services are determined and controlled by our customers (the data controllers) in their sole discretion. WorkZone does not review, audit, block or otherwise control the Content that its customers upload, share, access, or otherwise process within WorkZone’s services. WorkZone does not access Content except to respond to customer support requests, to prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our policies and agreements, or as otherwise required by law; WorkZone does not otherwise process Content for any purpose other than to provide its services to customers.

What GDPR means, and what it does not
"GDPR compliant" is a claim, not a certification. The verifiable facts are a public DPA, SCC usage, an EU representative, data residency options and a Data Privacy Framework listing.
Read the GDPR guide and browse all vendors with evidenceQuestions buyers ask
Is WorkZone GDPR compliant?
There is no GDPR certification in general use. The verifiable facts are a public data processing agreement, standard contractual clauses, an EU representative and a Data Privacy Framework listing. See the legal artefacts and the DPF row on this page, each with its capture date.
How does CertReports verify this?
Every state carries a capture date, a source and a snapshot link. Registry rows come from the official registry data; vendor statements come from the vendor’s own page or trust centre; nothing is inferred. Vendors can dispute any row and corrections ship within two business days.
