- Ziflow is an enterprise online proofing platform used by marketing and creative teams to review and approve creative content. Personal data received in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension consists of: Customer data — Names, business email addresses, and account/usage data of our customers' authorized users. This data is processed to provide and administer the Ziflow Service, authenticate users, route proofs and approvals, deliver customer support, and bill for the service. Website Visitor data — Names, business email addresses, company information, and cookie/usage data collected via ziflow.com from prospects who request demos, trials, or marketing communications. This data is processed for sales, marketing, and to respond to inquiries. Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed: Ziflow discloses personal data only to vetted sub-processors who act on Ziflow's behalf under written contracts requiring DPF-equivalent protection. These support core functions including cloud hosting (AWS), billing (Maxio), CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot), and customer support (Zendesk).
