- EU personal data in the form of email communications regarding day-to-day business activities are transmitted via the ZLTI network to the United States. Onward Transfers – Personal data other than human resources data such as customer, client, and visitor data (a) Customer/Client Data: ZLTI offers a cloud or SAAS hosted model for our customer base. Some customers may have EU PII data stored within our environment, however, it is against ZLTI’s policies to monitor, access or analyze such data. However, in the event of a SAR request, ZLTI would be able to comply if so directed. i. Onward Transfers – Under contract, ZLTI maintains control of the hosted site and associated data on third party provided infrastructure. A third-party provider, which will be Data Privacy Framework certified as well, to store and provide managed services for such data. (b) Visitor Data: ZLTI may store, from time to time, data regarding visitors to our website. Such data may be captured by functional cookies that are utilized on the website or because of the visitor voluntarily filling out a form requesting contact or information from ZLTI. (i). Onward Transfers – Via cookies, ZLTI passes information to third party providers for purposes of tracking opt in and opt out requests from the website.
