- AutoRABIT relies on the EU-U.S. DPF (and its UK/Swiss extensions) to deliver and support its product suite which is compromised of cloud-based security and productivity solutions. For our CodeScan products, we scan customer-supplied source code to flag bugs, vulnerabilities and standards violations. During each scan we handle the code itself plus limited user metadata (e.g., developer IDs, email address, usage logs) generated as part of the analysis workflow. Results are fed back to the customer to improve release quality and security. As part of our Vault offering, we capture continuous backups of Salesforce data and metadata so customers can restore records or configurations after inadvertent changes or loss. Backed-up records typically contain standard business information such as names, titles, contact details, geolocation or other CRM fields. As a backup service, the Vault may also contain any other such data as is provided by the customer Personal data is disclosed only to vetted sub-processors for the purposes of hosting, storage, analytics and customer support. All such vendors operate under written agreements requiring an equivalent level of protection and are listed in AutoRABIT’s Trust Center. In addition to customer-related data, AutoRABIT also processes human resources data relating to its employees in the EU for the purposes of recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, internal operations, and compliance with local employment laws. Such data is processed in accordance with DPF Principles and applicable labor regulations.
